About me and my practice

INDIVIDUALS:

I work with individuals who are navigatingmidlife transitions. This period of time can bring unexpected emotional changes, loss of confidence, anxiety, grief for old versions of ourselves, or a sense that we feel different.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck or exhausted from holding it all together, you're not alone. Perhaps you have been struggling with menopause related emotional changes, identity shifts, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, anxiety and low mood.

There are moments in midlife when something shifts internally. Life may look settled from the outside, yet you feel unsettled, emotionally flat or quietly anxious. You may question who you are, you may even wonder how you ended up in this job, in this relationship and even question your life as a whole.

Midlife can bring unexpected emotional shifts and facing them alone can feel confusing and isolating. For some this stage of life means they are simultaneously managing caring for aging parents and dependent children. This can result in significant emotional, financial and time-related pressures.

Navigating midlife transitions can be very challenging. This stage in life often brings a quiet reckoning, a sense that our old ways of coping, relating or defining who we are, no longer work.

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore:

-Identity shifts. You have changed but you are not sure how or what it means.
-Emotional overwhelm, anxiety or low mood.
-Menopause related emotional changes, dips in mood, exhaustion, brain fog and loss of confidence.
-Feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure of what direction to head in.
-Struggling withirritability and restlessness.
-Sadness and regret.
-Disconnection and general discontent.
-Coping strategies to help you manage stress, anxiety and the emotional turbulence of life transitions.
-Your values
